After I bought my 2011 Nissan Quest, Courtesy Car City called me the next business day to let me know they'd found me a better interest rate. Huh? A business would actually do that? Thanks for saving me money after you'd already sold me the car! (Probably won't be the last car I buy from them.) I had never driven a Nissan. One of the main reasons I considered the Quest when shopping for a minivan, was familiarity with and respect for their friendly service department. I started taking my old Jeep there because I had bad luck getting it fixed elsewhere. Customer (and vehicle) service is excellent.

"Jordan on the Kia Service Team"

I worked with Jordan in Kia Service a few months ago. I may have missed the opportunity to respond to the post-service survey, but I wanted to express my appreciation for Jordan's customer service. I try to make a point to provide positive feedback, as well as complaints, and this is a little late because the services were provided months ago, but Jordan was professional, accountable, and articulate regarding the service I received. I appreciated his help and want to recognize the young man's diligent approach to my issues, concerns, and most importantly, the safety of those riding in my vehicle after the service. It was refreshing to have such direct and genuine customer service.

After purchasing a 2011 Kia Sorento,after two oil changes and having the tires rotated and I was most pleased with the sales and service departments at Courtsey Car City of Moline Il.Since I purchased my Sorento,my daughter purchased a Sportage and a friend purchased a 2012 Sorento.They would share in offering kudos to the excellent staff at Courtesy.I have purchase new cars prior to my purchase at Courtesy.I have never received better service anywhere.I am most impressed with the service department,and how from the moment you walk in ,that you are greeted with a smile and how can they assist me.I plan on purchasing my next vehicle for, Steve Paytash,who is an excellent salesman.

Courtesy Car City was very helpful since i have been looking for Nissan Dealers in moline . I want to trade my Nissan in, but i don't have the money for a new one, and reading these reviews it seems as though this company is legit and won't rip me off. I haven't had the best luck with car dealerships, and this Nissan dealers in moline seems perfect. Thanks!

I thought finding decent car service in moline was going to be impossible until I heard of Courtesy Car City. They have certified mechanics and a commitment to service that I didn't know existed anymore at dealerships.
