Service was very fast and the guy at the desk was very friendly. The only reason I took one star was the fact that they want to charge 60 dollars for a cabin air filter. They took it out, it was pretty dirty, but 60 dollars? I bought one and replaced it myself for under 20 dollars.

Took my car in for oil change and a recall on airbag inflators.. I was told it could take several hours and I could be driven home and pickup when car was ready. I chose to stay as I had much with me to catch up on. My car was ready in about an hour and a half.

This is our first time with Courtesy Nissan and it was a pleasure. I highly recommend dealing with them regarding any vehicle purchase. We traded in a truck and bought a new one, everyone was excellent and very friendly. It was a quick process as well, we were impressed all the way around. We also recommend Ryan Frantz, if he is around to deal with.

This is the 3rd car Ive purchased from Courtesy Nissan. Joe Campagna and Tony Luciani are amazing. Tony was there for 2 of my visits and went over details while driving the car and when I picked it up. Because this car had 2k miles on it, I was especially concerned of any and all details of the car. Tony picked up on that and heard every detail concern I had and made the fix if even just the wipe of seat. He is continuing this excellence as I bring the car back in this week to get the undercoating and environmental package complete. The finance manager was extremely kind and easy to work. The finance manager (John) delivered the same excellent service. Also setting up my first oil change with Shawn Tygart, who is also amazing and why I continue to bring my car there to be serviced regardless, was nothing but easy and enjoyable. Everyone I continue to work with at Courtesy Nissan is why I continue to return.
